Yoga for Ease

Yoga for Ease is about creating space. You'll deepen your breath, warm up your joints, fire up your muscles, and then relax into your mat and let it all go. All levels welcome. In studio or online at Google Meet.

Yoga for Life

Yoga For Life is designed to make you stronger, increase your flexibility, improve your balance, and deepen your awareness. All levels welcome. Basic Yoga Experience Required. In studio.

Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30 pm

Yoga in the Park

Outdoor classes happen Thursdays in Chetzemoka Park. It's all salt air and birdsong and lawn daisies. Come & connect with nature. You'll be glad you did.
